Day 4 = The Meaning Behind your Tumblr Name
I have 2 Tumblr Blogs.
One is under Elite Squad and the other is Beautiful Handful
ELITE SQUAD:
I choose this for my SVU Appreciation Blog, I just thought of it and it sounded original. Never seen anyone else use it for an SVU blog/site before. So that is that simple. LOL
BEAUTIFUL HANDFUL:
This name means a lot to me and is also the title to my website: http://beautifulhandful.weebly.com/
One day when I was in group therapy I was sharing that I was sadden that I am such a handful to people and I feel bad about that, as a person with DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) I tend to need a lot of time. Our therapist goes on to say to me: “You know Valynn, you are a handful but what a beautiful handful you are!” My heart felt so good because she validated my feelings and at the same time gave me a compliment that turned into my new nickname. She is an awesome and beautiful spirit herself. Thanks girl!
